Stuff Michael Meeks is doing

This is my (in)activity log. You might like to visit my employer
Novell which is an amazing company, and also
Dell who in days of yore provided me with a
free laptop for Gnome development / conferences.
Also if you have the time to read this sort of stuff you could enlighten
yourself by going to Unraveling Wittgenstein's net or if
you are feeling objectionable perhaps here.

- Up early, dealt with babes while J. slept; left N.
(rather unhappy) with Grandma, and set off up the roof with Father,
several tiles have slipped & the pointing on the ridge tiles is,
as always in need of work.
- The roof is really rather high; a 1st stage, longest
ladder, maximum extension to the stair-well roof; then onwards to
the apex. Edged along, stralling, gripping with legs etc. packed
lots of cement in & returned safely. Father's ladder climbing
expertise still impressive at 71.
- Out in the afternoon to playground by the lagoons, good
to see the sea again, had ribena ice-things; N. spread hers all over
herself liberally. Rushed back to care for an upset M.
- Packed, drove home, bed.
In case it's not painfully obvious: the reflections reflected here are my
own; mine, all mine ! and don't reflect the views of Novell, The
Lithuanian Gov't or Arnold Schwarzenegger. It's also important to
realise that I'm not in on the Swedish Conspiracy.
Occasionally people ask for formal photos for conferences,
bio.
or fun.
