Up late; feeling shocking - avoided breakfast; poked mail.
Worked on slideware, chewed Rennies in vain, to try and calm the
stomach. Break to see family and not eat lunch.

Conference call, chat with Jeremy. Some toast for dinner;
sat and read mail while J. filled out grant forms in the evening.
