A night of applied sickness, changed two children's sheets
multiple times each; very annoyed with M. for not even trying to
learn how to use a bowl. Exhausted.

Lie in, breakfast, lunch and out to the park in the car
with the ill babes - who miraculously recovered and had a wonderful
time in the playground; good.

Back, watched Cinderella; dinner, talked with the parents,
bed early.
