README for the tidyrc distribution.

The tidyrc distribution now consists of four small programs:

divide:   read stdin (which is a news folder), and divide it up into 
          individual newsgroups (with the same name format as [t]rn.
          Items with no Newsgroups: line are written to stdout.

getgroup: connect to a remote news server via NNTP, and grab all the articles 
          in the specified newsgroup, and output them to standard output.
 
nfile:    adjust a directory of files in the format "Comp.dcom.modems" into 
          a "comp/dcom/modems" structure.
 
tidyrc:   connect to a remote news server via NNTP, and tidy up the users 
          ~/.newsrc based on articles still available for all subscribed 
          groups.
