Our wedding ceremony will take place at 4:30 at the Arboretum, at the corner of Florida Avenue and Lincoln Avenue in Urbana. The Arboretum is a beautiful park maintained by the University of Illinois. The exact location within the Arboretum has yet to be determined. Please check back later for more information.
In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held at the Regent Ballroom.
The Arboretum is on the corner of Lincoln Ave and Florida Ave in Urbana. The Hilton and Hawthorn hotels are on the corner of Neil St and Kirby Ave in Champaign. Kirby and Florida are the same road, and are also known as Illini Blvd throughout Champaign-Urbana. Head East on Kirby Ave, crossing Neil St and passing under the railroad tracks. After 1.3 miles, turn right on Lincoln Ave. The Arboretum is on your left. There are multiple small parking lots for the Arboretum, as well as street parking.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The city of Champaign is doing construction along Kirby Ave (Florida Ave). To avoid the construction, head South on Neil St (keeping the train tracks on your left). The first stop light South of Kirby Ave is St Marys Rd. Turn left. St Marys Rd ends at Lincoln Ave, right across from the Arboretum. If you're staying at the Best Western, the following directions using Windsor Rd are still the best way to go.
From the Best Western, turn left on Dunlap Ave from the hotel parking lot. After 1.5 miles, turn right on Windsor Rd. After another 1.5 miles, turn left on Lincoln Ave. The Arboretum will be on your right after half a mile.
